Ladies Squash

Squash ACT have a Ladies ONLY Squash group that meets every Wednesday 6-7pm at Woden Squash Centre. The program hopes to grow to other centres across the ACT as it progresses.

The group focuses on the principles of squash, and is suitable for all abilities. Currently in the group there are 18 ladies, ranging from complete beginners to those playing in ACT pennant. The coach-led sessions focus on all aspects of the game, providing technical, tactical and physical advice on the game.

Ladies Squash finishes on Wednesday 14th December 2022, and will resume back in January 2023. Keep your eye out for more information.
